Explore some of our cases

Take a look at some of these cases which we have completed.

Our Case Studies showcase real examples of the work we deliver for dental practices across the UK. Each one highlights the clinical challenges, the solutions we provided, and the results achieved through close collaboration with our clients. From single restorations to full-mouth rehabilitations, these cases demonstrate our commitment to precision, consistency, and high-quality dental craftsmanship.

Emax Onlay

The initial impressions for this case presented tight occlusal clearance. We contacted the dentist and provided screenshots of the issue from within EXOCAD to support our request for a reduction and new impression. We received the imps and were then able to construct an onlay which seated immediately without chairside adjustment required.

Zirconia Maryland Bridge

For this case, the initial shade requested by the clinician was OM3.

As pictured above, we crafted the restoration to this request. When the patient arrived for their fitting appointment, the dentist noticed that the shade selected was a little too light next to the adjacent teeth.

As mentioned previously, they contacted us to get the patient to the lab for a shade matching appointment and we ultimately decided on shade B1 being a better match for this case.

All-On-X

We work closely with clinicians for a lot of All-On-X cases.

Phil, our lab owner and technician, heads down to the practice and performs real-time adjustment to the prosthetic during surgery for optimal fit, function and aesthetics.

Hollywood Smiles

This patient presented with missing teeth and damaged anteriors which they were ultimately not happy with.

They were offered both full-arch implant rehabilitation and a removable denture, for costing reasons they went with a denture.

The patient wanted a bright, white smile for the ultimate transformation and of course, we delivered.

Shade OM3 full upper dentures, incisal translucency and lifelike gum texture for a natural, glamourous appearance for the ultimate Hollywood Smile.

Shade Matching

For this case, the dentist wasn't sure exactly which shade to go with.

Our technicians are able to make a decision using high-definition clinical images and years of expertise.

We are also able to see patients for a quick shade match visit in the lab upon request to give you and your patients confidence that their restoration will be fully seamless.

3-Unit Zirconia Bridge

This patients' priorities were strength, longevity, and an aesthetic result that blended seamlessly with the adjacent teeth. These adjacent teeth were healthy enough to act as abutments following conservative preparation. After discussing the treatment options, a 3-unit monolithic zirconia bridge was selected due to its excellent strength, functionality, and highly aesthetic appearance. Function and aesthetics were restored in a single definitive restoration, providing a durable long-term solution.

Digital Wax Up

The dentist for this case requested a digitally designed wax up for his upcoming Composite Bonding case.

These wax-ups essentially allow clinicians to give patients a preview of what their new smile is going to look like, before carrying out any clinical work. Predictable results each time for peace of mind for both you and your patients.

Anterior Implant Crown

Following successful implant integration and healthy peri-implant soft tissue development, the clinician requested a highly aesthetic implant-supported crown. Accurate digital impressions and shade information, including photographs, were provided to ensure optimal aesthetic integration. The patient left with a confident smile and a restoration that delivered both exceptional aesthetics and long-term function - this is why we do what we do. We love seeing patients' confidence skyrocket!
