1. General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services supplied by Imperial Dental Studio LTD (“the Laboratory”). By submitting a case, the client (“the Practice”) agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Prescriptions & Case Responsibility

The Practice is responsible for providing a complete and accurate prescription, including shade, materials, design requirements, and due date.
The Laboratory is not responsible for errors resulting from incomplete or unclear instructions.

The prescribing clinician remains ultimately responsible for the fit, function, and clinical outcome of all restorations.

3. Turnaround Times

Standard turnaround times begin on the working day after receipt of the case and may vary depending on case complexity.
Rush cases may incur additional fees and must be agreed in advance.

The Laboratory is not liable for delays caused by couriers, incomplete information, or circumstances beyond its control.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Invoices are payable according to agreed credit terms. Late payments may result in suspension of services and/or interest charges.

The Practice is responsible for all collection costs associated with overdue accounts.

5. Delivery & Risk

Risk in the goods passes to the Practice upon dispatch.
The Laboratory is not liable for loss or damage during transit, although assistance will be provided in making courier claims where possible.

6. Remakes & Adjustments

Remakes or adjustments must be requested within a reasonable timeframe.

Remakes due to Laboratory error will be provided at no charge.
Additional fees may apply where remakes are required due to:

• inaccurate impressions or scans

• incorrect bite registration

• prescription changes

• preparation or fit issues unrelated to Laboratory workmanship

Original items may be requested for inspection before a remake is authorised.

7. Warranty

The Laboratory provides a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of invoice, provided restorations are properly fitted and maintained.

The warranty does not cover failure caused by trauma, misuse, bruxism, alterations, or poor oral hygiene.

8. Returns

Custom-made devices are non-refundable.
Credits may be issued at the Laboratory’s discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Laboratory’s liability is limited to the value of the product supplied.
The Laboratory is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including chair time or patient-related costs.

10. Ownership

All goods remain the property of Imperial Dental Studio LTD until paid for in full.

11. Data Protection

The Laboratory will handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and will use such data only for the purpose of fulfilling orders.

12. Amendments

The Laboratory reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
